Carol Collins is one of Slifer, Smith and Frampton's top producers. Because she has lived in the Vail Valley since 1969, she has a strong grasp of all areas and can answer questions relating to second homes, condominiums, permanent residences, and ranches. Carol has been involved in Real Estate from the beginning of her residency and became a Broker in 1973. She has also been involved in development partnerships which include Arrowhead and Eagle-Vail. She also was the project broker for the exclusive SaddleRidge development in Beaver Creek. She is presently heading up the new development of Custom Homes on Village Walk in Beaver Creek. She has raised two children here in the Vail Valley and has been active in community manners beginning with the very first Gerald Ford Golf Invitational, and she is presently concentrating on education for children with learning disabilities. Additionally, Carol has interests in the development of Vail's new cancer center. Her personal interests, besides her children and her dog, involve all the outdoor sports the Vail Valley has to offer, with a particular love for hiking. She also enjoys the privacy of her ranch land where she runs a cattle-leasing operation. Her office is located in the Hyatt at Beaver Creek where she is a member of the Beaver Creek Club. Additionally, she maintains a home office in the town of Vail.
